This unique, Seattle-area school was constructed in two phases. Whitley-Evergreen collaborated with Williams-Scotsman on the initial phase. Indiana Tech is in our backyard. Tech has grown dramatically in the last decade and the surrounding neighborhood could not support the burgeoning student population. Building a dorm for Tech was undertaken with additional verve because it would stand proudly in our hometown.

Gustavus Adolphus (1-Story Dormitory)
This was an example of how modular construction could come to the rescue. To provide as much space as quickly as we did would have simply been impossible for other construction methods, and we provided a lovely building that would stand up to college freshmen.

Markle Bank - Van Buren, Indiana
Van Buren is a small farming community...with plenty of wealth. They grow corn there. They produce popcorn and soon, ethanol. So, area banks were in a hurry to plant a branch in the soil. Markle Bank chose modular and started growing their business there first. They beat some much bigger banks to the punch.
