The first modular building in the Marysville, Washington campus is complete and classes are being held. Spanning 39,000 square feet - the modular school is designed with the latest educational technology and amenities. Cambridge Lakes (7 Modular School Buildings)
For the first time in Illinois, a learning center is being built using a creative combination of site-built and prefabricated elements. The Cambridge Lakes Charter School also breaks new ground as the first "new construction" charter building and the first "pre-opening" bond issues. It's a breakthrough project!

French-American School (2 Phases)
This unique, Seattle-area school was constructed in two phases. Whitley-Evergreen collaborated with Williams-Scotsman on the initial phase. As the school's enrollment grew, Whitley-Evergreen joined with Pacific Mobile to construct a second-story onto the existing building. When students departed for Spring Break, work began and the school was effectively able to double their square footage that week.

An inner city project in a tough neighborhood, the building had to be very durable, as well as attractive. The building had to instill a certain level of community pride and help maintain it. It also had to come in under a tight budget with more than a few political eyes cast its way.

East Hampton High School (4-Classroom Modular Building)
2007 MBI Award Winner. Forward thinking schools are using modular structures in new and innovative ways to alleviate overcrowding. The East Hampton building is designed to allow the flexibility to add classrooms in the future. This is a school building that can grow along with their enrollment. It features solid, steel framed construction with poured concrete floors. The Type 2C non-combustible construction meets the strict NY Code Compliance.
