The Need
DaVita’s growth plan called for the addition of a facility in Hearne, Texas. Sensing an opportunity in the market, the client wanted to complete the building on an aggressive schedule, maximizing their return-on-investment and insuring they were “first to market”.
The Solution
Whitley designed and built a high-quality dialysis facility, while slashing the time line by 35% in comparison to conventional construction methods. The building meets stringent health codes and incorporates a complex plumbing system including R.O. and bicarbonate lines needed to accommodate renal treatment. The exterior is modern and professional with a vaulted overhang welcoming visitors.
